The room we booked was quiet and bright with a bathroom and kitchen, which we truly enjoyed. the hotel was in a fantastic location, close to places like Waffle House.

The room had impressive and exceptional beds which made the stay enjoyable, and the location was beautiful with a waffle house nearby.

Had really nice stay for our anniversary celebration. The room was spotless and bright with tub and sleeper sofa and bathroom or tub, everything was good. The breakfast with beverages. The location was incredible and beautiful, for example, Salty Dog Boat Rental was not too far away from the hotel.

This place is conveniently located close to downtown, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It's just a short drive away from the park and Lake Hamilton, which is exactly what we were looking for. What's even better is that it only takes a maximum of 5 minutes to walk to the lake 🚶.

I liked the room in bathroom or tub, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had PERFECT food for breakfast with beverages.

No smoking rooms wish they had

The staff was very helpful. The place was reasonably clean. The bed was great. The bathroom was big. The room had a kitchenette and a living area. The view of the lake from the window was delightful. The location is nice and stunning. It's only a 15-minute ride to the airport.

Our room was fully stocked with everything we needed for a very comfy stay. We did not have to ask for extra towels or pillows. The hotel even had feather or synthetic pillows for each sleeper's preference already in the room. We had a soothing view of the lake from our room and there was also a very relaxing mountain view from the in-door pool/spa. We enjoyed the complementary food and beverages at the "social" and the gathering area was cozy and welcoming with a great little courtyard area. The included breakfast was a smorgasbord of selection. The staff and facility seem well organized, efficient, and welcoming. The hotel proved to be a very kid friendly environment as well. We enjoyed the location. We were in a 10 mile radius of every place we planned to visit: Garvan Gardens, Mid America Science Museum, and Bath row, but got to stay on the lake.

Due to the hotel being pet friendly and some pet owners not having poop and scoop policy to follow there were a few "leavings" in the courtyard area. The hotel staff seemed to remedy the problem quickly, however. Just something to be wary of if you have young one's playing in the courtyard area too. All in all we enjoyed having some friendly, furry, ears to scratch.

Location and free breakfast was actually good.

The headboard wasn't clean. There was a head mark on one side and wet drop marks on the other side which had not been cleaned.

We had a wonderful time in this pet-friendly hotel in Hot Springs. Its location not very far from Salty Dog Boat Rental was marvellous and stunning. - the room we had was spacious, and complete with bathroom or tub and wine, as example.

It was very comfortable and clean.. Liked that it had a small kitchenette and a full coffee maker.

The pantry did not have a big selection.

We were very pleased with our stay. I would say it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very clean , felt like home, highly recommend it to any body, no complaints about anything.

The room here is very large and bright, with an extremely comfortable bed.

The Staybridge Suites Hot Springs was a relaxing base for a fun and relaxing trip to Hot Springs. the location was stunning, within a 10-15 minute walk from Salty Dog Boat Rental.
